Corporate Coaching, Consulting & Speaking

Working with corporations and businesses to offer executive coaching services, consulting, training, and/or speaking packages to strengthen their leadership teams’ impact, influence, and culture. Services will be customized to accommodate the organization’s needs and duration of services.

Life Coaching

Life coaching services include one on one sessions on a range of services including strengthening self- confidence to show up as your best and tallest self, finding balance in work/life, overcoming limiting beliefs, maximizing your voice and visibility to walk in your purpose, mastering relationships and career coaching.

Angela J. Andrews

Angela Jackson-Andrews is an executive leadership & career strategist with 35+ years of experience in coaching leaders to reach personal and professional success. From an early age, Angela has held a passion for people, a commitment to growth and transformation, and understood the importance of creating genuine relationships. She knows that the best investment anyone can ever make is in themselves. There is no risk, just a guaranteed return on becoming the best versions of ourselves possible!

Angela recently retired from a successful career in corporate America where she led the Talent Development operations for a Fortune 500 company with oversight of 3 regional profit centers. Angela’s passion for development is evident in the hundreds of corporate professionals she has coached, trained, mentored, and served to reach and sustain top-tier talent and organizational success.

Angela is now the Founder and CEO of Spirit of Excellence Coaching & Consulting, LLC. Our mission is to help businesses and corporations ensure they maintain their competitive advantage by investing in the development of their leadership teams. Angela earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. She is certified as a Life Coach, a DISC Human Behavioral Trainer, Diversity Equity & Inclusion Practitioner, and a True Colors Personality Facilitator. She is also a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.

In her free time, you can find her traveling, spending time with family and her Westie, going to concerts, and watching football – Go BEARS & GO DAWGS!
